HID 50 - A Tale of Fitment

K is only the colour, you can put any K in dependant on use or if a cheap burner could mark the lens, wattage does the damage, if a shallow lens go less watt, or use the new Ceramic Core burners, they seem to be doing the job :thumb2

5K in miles, not colour temp :-)

I'm running a HID from you going back a while, perhaps I could pop round some time and grab one of these new burners, I'm only a few miles from you.

I've done about 17k since getting burners from Les, can't say I've seen any damage or marking to the reflectors yet :) 55W jobbies too :)

See how you go.

Though I'll see your 17K and raise you up to 80K for a ballast and two bulbs. The first bulb was still working but replaced with a H7R.
