Hmmmm BBQ and Pizzas

Sore head today but had a nice selection yesterday

8 hours mesquite smoked pulled pork homemade with sweet and spicy sauce

and homemade pizzas


funny there wasnt even a scrap left for the dogs

Nice.

A small pork shoulder slow cooking on the bbq here.

No sauce on mine just a dry rub and indirect cooking over a tray of water.

Should be ready about about 6:00pm.
