HNP Germany - hopeless support!

Bought a Marzocchi upgrade kit from this lot recently and wanted a replacement set of fitting instructions. Rang them and they promised to photocopy and send in the post - nothing. Many phone calls and two emails later - still nothing. If they can't be arsed to spend two minutes photocopying and sending this information I won't go near them again...ever, and hopefully nobody here will either.
It would have been better if they had told me to p*ss off, at least I would have known where I stood.

Correct spelling somewhere else was a senior moment. I know very few people go "elsewhere", but I wanted as much publicity as possible.

I'd need a definition of work but I spend my working hours at a University. I wouldn't really call it work though
