I can only add that Holan were very helpfull & I had no problems when I bought my pannier frames direct from them in Poland.

Holan Site

I ordered my ones direct from Poland as well. Delivered in about 2 weeks with absolutely no problems. There was a bit to and fro re the price, as they converted the GBP to Euros, but otherwise all was ok. Came delivered in a fag box with no instructions.

Roger sems very helpfull (well I hope he is, as I want to spend some money with him)
