Well the Panniers finally arrived, took four weeks but I hear that they are mad busy so not really a problem and to be fair quality items so I can forgive the lack of communication i.e. two e-mails and no reply.

However nothing to attach the top box with, no kit supplied nothing ?
So I risked another e-mail "did I mess up and not order or did you not send them" ?
Other than an automatic we will get back, nothing for five days so I guess they really are busy !
So to improvise and get me sorted for the Italy trip next week I used the screws and spacers from the Origional KTM pannier mounts {Removed and replaced by the Holan mountings }
The near side rear mounting frame bolt hole was half to three quarters of an inch out of alignment ? but never the less very solid and well made as I found out when re-aligning them.:D

It's the KTM tall screen and at six foot four it is just a little short, If I sit back and pull my neck in out of the airflow "Bliss" but sitting comfortably is "Hell" even with ear plugs.
I have agreed a deal with a fellow Gser for a Puig which I am hoping with the spoiler will find the sweet spot.
I am enjoying this bike more than I ever could have hoped I would and slowly but surely getting it to where I want it to be.

Just in the process of getting mine ready for a three week tour over to GB and Europe. On the countdown !! :bounce1 Re-fitted the standard exhaust and screen and tested my new UClear Bluetooth headset plus plumb in all my routes on the Zumo. Have to start thinking what I pack now.

We leave for Italy on Friday for a three week tour but still no word from Holan re the top case plate so I have stripped off their stickers and will not be advertising on their behalf.:mad:
Looking good Davy and you will need those cooling side panels if you are heading for France as it has been high thirties for two weeks and despite thunder and lightning today and yesterday the forecast is for more sun, enjoy your tour. :thumby:
