Holan - Poland wish I hadn’t bothered 😕

I wish that I’d looked at the reviews first.

The headlight protector looked very similar to the Hepco & Becker one, but a lot cheaper so I ordered one on 17th October.

Finally after lots of messages I had a reply that it will be shipped on 31st October …….. nothing arrived, so a few more messages (most of them had no reply) and I was told it was shipped on 2nd December…….still nothing…..it did also cost 24.95 euro for DHL priority posting.

I’ve since asked for tracking and now it’s got to the stage that I’m just asking for a refund ……. Still no reply

I was going to do a post on Holan, but forgot.
Never buy anything from them. They’ll take your money on the website and that’s the last you’ll ever hear from them.

A few years ago I bought some luggage frames from them for my HP2, and after 6 months I did get them, then completely forgot about this and ordered stuff from them this year.

Get the money back on your credit card, that’s the only way you’ll get anything.

Annoyingly, their stuff is actually quite good but the chance of ever getting it is very slim.

has anybody successively bought one of those nolan headlight guards nice price compared to the touratech and hepco one, i had a 1150 gsa 2002 to 2009 fully kitted liked the touratech one but unavailable now
bought one of those flat £24 ones off alixpress wow not nice would like to get another better one

Finally got proof of posting today which says it was posted on 19/12/2025, tracking says it’s in Warsaw today…..ordered on 17th October so that’s 2 Months to actually post it!!

Finally arrived this morning after nearly 3 months from being ordered, seems well made, just a shame about the time to receive it. I presume they make everything to order. Let’s hope it fits!!

great news can i ask what the total cost was as i know the postage was high, i ask as a dealer offered me a hepco & becker one for £100 all in cheers rob

I reckon with postage it came to around £80. I would order the hepco one if you can get it for £100 all in for the sake of another £20 rather than wait forever for the Holan ones sort of took away any joy of receiving them after all this time

yer, gutting i was thinking the same gpr on ebay that has the hepco one for £114 offered it to me for £100, no uk stock but as there hepcp dealers they say around 10 days delivery as theres stock in germany

I bought a set of pannier frames from them years ago, they did take a while to arrive, but they are well made....
