Holes gone to pot

Hello Scotland, I wonder if any of you can shed a little light I was wondering If you could let me know the missing ingredients to the Tarmac,

I mean its obviouse that you Guys invented the stuff, and the highland Roads are amazing, great condition.

the thing is Our Roads in essex are shite weve got pot holes in pot holes, tarmac going down, lumpy and bumpy if you will excuse my description its like lumpy poridge/oats

Do any of you know what the missing ingredients is so I can let my local council know, one just destroyed my daughters wheel at 50mph 5 inch deep



So what is it?

I dont trust our council, last year travellers were layin driveways with white chippings, in the morning the birds pecked them all away

it's not just Essex that got the good pot holes theres a fair few up this neck of the woods as well, best to keep a sharp eye out for them and drive round them.

Only problem with that is it feels like everybody is swerving towards you
