As there is a B-Beak mounted on my bike, there is no fitting oilcooler guard on the marked.
So..... made one myself.
1. Cut a piece of carton in the shape you want.
2. Cut the same shape out in a pice of flamingo (the white isolation stuff made of tiny white balls - donno the english name
)
And cover is with cast and you have a mal.
3. Then make it in Fiberglass using the mal, sand the frontside nice and round, prime it with special fiberglass primer a spray paint it in the colour you want.
4. Glue some rally gitter behind the openings at the backside with silicone.
5. Glue some plates on the sides to hold in in place between the Beak and the cooler.
And there you are - a cooler guard with BMW look.
