Rally Raid Suspension

Huge list of extras and spares
One owner, 11,400 miles
Lovingly maintained
Outstanding condition
Delivered in January 2023 from Doble's M/C. With no miles on it I removed all the plastics and stripped out the forks, swingarm, wheels shock etc.
All the bearings were checked and greased (Shock linkage, swingarm pivot, headrace bearings) and re-assembled with Rally Raid Level 2 suspension, forks and shock, including the remote preload adjuster. This maintains the standard 250mm travel front and rear. Forks have a 4.2nm spring/ Shock 95n/m.
Fitted Rally Raid Rack, Side stand, Wheel spacers, Riser/top clamp, Renthal handlebars, Frame protectors, SKF low friction fork seals. I fitted a Flatland Racing radiator protector but later removed it as I found it was restricting air flow. When it became available I added a R.R. Sprocket guard which is essential on the CRF's as it protects a potential gearbox issue.
Other parts fitted :
Rally Footrests
Barkbusters
CRF 300 exhaust heat shield
Zeta adjustable levers
Garmin Zumo mount
Acerbis Sump guard
Acerbis engine case guards
Oxford heated grips
Motion Pro front rim lock
Tail tidy (Original included)
Keis heated vest lead
Optimate charge lead
Kriega small bags X3
Michelin Tracker Tyres. New Front/Recent Rear
Mods :
Cut down fairing (standard bikes run hot!)
Side panel vent
Reinforced airbox (stones can be thrown up and crack the box)
Charcoal canister delete
Indicators made unbreakable
Quick release seat
Rear linkage protector
Rear brake extension plate
Spares :
See photos as too much to list, £100's worth of parts...
Honda as new/unused parts include rear shock and fork internals/spring, handlebars, mirrors, knuckle guards plus much more.
History :
I built this bike to be an ultra reliable travel bike and it's not let me down.
The first service was done at Doble's 25/04/2023. Since then I've run it on Michelin Tracker Tyres and have done regular oil and filter changes, roughly every 1,500 miles. Once the oil turns a dark brown it gets changed. The air filter also gets swapped out frequently. It still has the original brake pads.
All the service parts are genuine Honda and bought from Bikerzbits in Thailand. Prices are about 70% cheaper than UK.
The Tracker tyres will last roughly 2,500/3,000miles rear and 5,000 or 6,000miles front. I change the front sprocket every 3,000 miles to prolong the chain and rear sprocket life.
At 2,500 miles, once the engine was run in and had settled down I checked the valve clearances, all four were spot on in the middle of their range. Honda recommends checking every 16,000miles so the won't need looking at until 18,500 miles.
Serviced at Romero Honda in Spain on 02/04/2025 @ 11,343km (7,048miles)
New DID Gold X Ring VX3 chain, Honda genuine front and rear sprockets fitted at approx. 8,500 miles.
I regularly check and clean the brakes to ensure the pistons are moving freely and the bike is never jet washed.
Recently changed the fork oil and brake fluid. The bike wants for nothing.
Dropped once on the rhs, there is a small scratch on the right Barkbuster and right engine case.
There are scratches on the rear panels and rack, this is from frequent fitting and removal of soft luggage.
Kept in a secure dry garage on an optimate charger
Mot until 17th Sept '26
£4,850 to include all spares.
Collection from MK19.
