Wanted Honda CRF300L Rally - K-tech

Hi All,
Looking for a Honda CRF300L Rallye with K-tech rear shock and full cartridge kit in forks but the more tricked up the better really. Sub 10k miles and in nice order.
If mint and priced to allow upgrading suspension then may be worth considering. Bear in mind a new one can be had for sub £6000 with 6 year Warranty and cheap service pack.

I've got K-Tech Razor Lite Evo shock and K-Tech front spring on my CRF 300 Rally. No cartridge kit, no valving kit, just heavier fork oil. £600 in total + £90 for a longer side stand. It did change the bike a lot but I doubt the cartridge kit will make it much much better. Either not enough power or too much weight to use it as either a mini Tenere or a maxi dirt bike. It also got a few other things that have already been sorted in some newer bikes: sturdier handlebars, tubeless tyres, more power. Ultimately, it will bring the total price very close to KTM 390 Enduro/Adventure R or even Suzuki DRZ4S.

Many thanks, worth knowing. Suppose an option is upgrading the suspension as you have then consider the fork cartridge kit if required. Difficult to assess without riding both bikes back to back.

All done suspension wise
Similar weight
More power

CRF300 is in this sweet spot. If you buy slightly used, add a shock and a fork spring for your weight, put some good tyres and a few other small things from Aliexpress. You get a very nice slow speed small roads bike for not so much money. Especially if you do all of the work yourself.

Worth considering if the bike is cheap enough, seems most sellers want top money for a bog standard bike which is why I prefer to get one with the upgrades already done.
