Honda Pacific Coast PC800

I'm looking at cheaper shaft bikes for my Dad to consider as his RT rarely sees use.

So PC800s (Honda Pacific Coast) any good?

How about a Honda Deaville - ultra reliable, cheaper and an excellent bike. Only downside is they are a fair bit smaller, maybe a bonus for your Dad

by tha way the PC 800 was only sold here for a few years. very good bikes but only old ones available now.

He's had one already. He'd consider it a gain, I think. He got one after his Divvie 900, and missed the torque of the 9, hence a move to boxers later.

I'm trying to suggest cheapish shafties. Pan is apparently too top heavy in traffic, FJR 13 is too pricy, etc. 'Spose there's always a Suzuki VX800!!

A very good pal of mine really rates his. He wrote it off in Spain last year or rather the French driver who collided with him did and has bought another one to replace it.
