Can anyone share a video or manual to steps to dismantle front fairings, headlight and console as I need to change some parts?

No, but I owned a transalp 650 for a long time, did loads of miles on it and also did loads of work on it. Sold it over 10 years ago though, but I don’t remember the fairing, screen, clock, tank being particularly difficult to remove. Lots and lots of fasteners, some studs& grommets - be careful. I don’t even recall it all had to be in a particular order. Just go steady, have a good look at each part and save fasteners with each piece so you know what goes back where.
