Hi,

Coming over to Ireland, Rosslare,24th June then have a few days before I have to be at the HU meeting just across the border.

I see Galway looks interesting topographically, but what else is a must see, must ride?

I'm not big on the obvious touristy bits or bigger cities. Got maps, got backroad books, but there's nothing better than insider info, so folks?

From Rosslare head for West Cork and Kerry, great biking country. You could even do some of the Irish Photo Rally, details in the sticky thread at the top of the Ireland section here. That would make an interesting few days on your way to Enniskillen.

Already got the maps out for that area. Any specifics, or just adopt my usual meander and what I find I find attitude?

Got the AA's camping book for UK and Ireland and there are only four sites for the whole of the Republic.... that can't be right?

Sounds like the AA book be shoite.
Probably their usual trick of charging folk to be listed so most don't bother.
I won't have anything to do with any AA product.

Thanks for the links gents, I assumed that the Republic would have more than 4, 2 off which were No Bikes or skate boards. Damn and I always carry a skateboard!
