Last year at Horizons Unlimited Travellers' Meeting at Ripley I gave an introduction to Morocco entitled, 'Morocco: Safe, Exciting and Inexpensive'. If there's demand I'm happy to repeat it but my main presentation this year will be 'Hidden Morocco: Get off the Beaten Track'

I've spent nearly four months this year in North Africa and have logged more than 1200 miles of previously uncharted roads and tracks for the Maroc Topo GPS map project.

Too many people stick to the red 'national' roads in Morocco and are missing the real attraction of seeing a way of life that is fast disappearing. Come to the presentation and find out about beautiful and friendly towns, wildlife, forests, springs, volcanos and mountains, on both roads and tracks.

It would be helpful if you have a copy of Michelin 742 map. I will also be providing a weblink to a set of waypoints and routes for attendees to download after the event.

Tim, I would love to attend but I`m not able too due to HORIZONS changing there dates.

Is it possable to maybe in anyway purchase this knowlage and hardwork ?

Horizons booking is now closed.

Looks as though we'll have to wait for the post-event availability.

I hope it goes well Tim...

I'm with children this weekend so it's not good for several events.

It would be good to get your advice on the right GPS for your topo maps sometime

Cheers
