Me again, I need to use the original horn wires to activate a relay that will drive the compressor for my Deneli horn.
I do not want to just cut the horn connector off and leave the wires.
does any one know the correct dicriptive for the 2 pin connection so I can make up a small inline assembly to take the feed from.
Thanks in advance

Keep the original horn, use scotchlock inline connectors to power the relay- then you have a two (or three) tone horn.
The Denali is good, I have one on my RT, mounted the hone on the fork leg and the pump and relay behind the left panel.

these eBay item number:160882563023 use the red ones, the original horn wires are very thin.

Good idea to have a double horn set up, bad idea to use scotchlocks, they're crap and are an invitation to corrosion and future electrical woes. Plus, your horn wiring will resemble that of your local 17 yr old boy racers Citroen saxo 'in car entertainment system'.

If you know of a better alternative to scotchlocks, let me know.
I always tape my connections up with wiring loom tape to keep the elements out anyway.

Let me know if you can get any in England. Most of them come from the US at great expence

A proper soldered splice isn't hard to do and while even that will weaken the wire, a good wrapping with self amalgamating tape will soon sort out weather protection and cable support issues.

OK, so I bought the Nippy Norman connecting plug and used a push together connector left over from another job that I fitted to the Nippy wires and the Denali horn wires.
Left the original horn in place, sealed off the connector, just incase I need to revert to it.
Thanks for all the help and suggestions
