Oktoberfest at Killin Saturday, 11.10.08

Get Yer Names Doon For Oktoberfest

This is a follow on from the SS Overnighter In A Youth Hostel thread.

I've booked the Killin Hostel for FOURTEEN beds on Saturday 11th October.

It wid be guid if some others could join us but that's lookin' like a guid startin' dozen (I used to be a baker) :beerjug:

Now, there are more beds available but I'm off on the Tossers Germany trip on Thursday so if anyone wants their name added, could they post up here but also make their own booking with the hostel? Leaving it until I return to book them in might mean the beds being taken

What?

Time's are tough in the oil industry and luxuries such as telephones are in limited supply.

I'm home now so I can give the hostel a call and then pop round to Chateau Hollingdale with a choice selection of woodworm. :)

Bike Parking

I've just spoken to Peter at the hostel. He asked if we could park our bikes in the car park of the McLaren (village) Hall, which is opposite the church in Killin. The hostel is behind the church. :thumb2

Still only the 13 names above. Anyone else?
 
Sorry I can't make it as I will be in the States, sounds fun though. I'll try and make the next one.
