Hot days, night rides and beautiful people – Morocco 2009

Cool

Really enjoyed that Geoff thanks for sharing and brightening up this dull ole day for me...........:Motomartin

As a fellow slow "far not fast" rider, that was an absolute pleasure to read. Brightened up a tough day in the office. Thank you. :thumb2

yes,
a very pleasant time reading a well written write up and some lovely pics.
Thank you. :clap

took my mind far far away from .... less pleasing thoughts.

That was a great write up - thanks for spending the time putting it together. I'd been pondering about going on the trip myself but concluded the it would probably be too fast for me and my 650. Looks like I'll have to do Morocco in a "disorganised" way if I'm going to do it at all on a bike. We've just come back from a few days walking in the Atlas mountains so at least I got a taste of the country this year.

Thoroughly enjoyed reading your report. Thinking of Morocco ourselvese soon so thanks for all the info.

A quick note to say thank you to all of you for such kind comments. I'm glad you enjoyed reading the report. It may not have been the most adventurous of journeys, when compared to some on here, but it meant a lot to me and, if it goes some small way to inspiring others, well, that's a bonus.

And, Dave, really pleased you enjoyed it mate. Cheers!

Thanks again folks.

Excellent report Geoff- you sound like my kind of rider- not fast but faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar. Make sure you write up your future jaunts, great reading!

TKCs? Thought you were sticking to tarmac! Looks like you've been bitten by the bug Paul! Good for you. :thumb2
Keep me posted about your plans.

For the benefit of others reading here, I'm off to Morocco again next April with a mate. We're away for 25 days, 18 in Morocco. We're hoping to get further south into the desert.

Roll on April.

Ride safe!
Geoff
