Hotel close to Chunnel in France (or Belgium) for a Saturday night

So we ended up in a little town right on the border called Bailleul at the Logis Hôtel Belle Hotel https://www.logishotels.com/fr/hotel/logis-hotel-belle-hotel-10313

It’s a tad under an hour from the tunnel. So not far at all.

Rooms are nice.
Breakfast is fine.
And a decent car park which is secured at night, reasonable price and a few eateries within a 3-5 min walk.

Would definitely recommend!

I’ve stayed in Ypres a number of times and always go to the nightly service at the Menin Gate. You can probably get somewhere cheaper not far away. I also like Nieuwpoort and that coast, great for an evening walk and dinner.

Neither are far from channel crossing points.
