Hotel with secure parking, Dubrovnik or Trogir or in between.

Next August, we are thinking of doing a week's boat trip, between Trogir and Dubrovnik. I'm looking for a hotel with secure parking, or secure parking where I could leave the bike for a week while on the boat.
Has anyone any experience in this area.
