How do I find out what recall and enhancement codes mean?

I have just checked the BMW site for recalls \enhancements on my Trophy R1300gs. There are 2 x now appearing, the enhancement code has been there a while & I thought it was for the starter relay. There is now a new recall code showing too.
Anyone know what they are for or where to check. (I'll obviously contact my dealer but just wondered if anyone on here knows).
The codes are :--
Recall code 0000612000
& Enhancement code 0061580000

Apparently they are both for the starter relay. The enhancement has changed to be a recall.
