how do I stop the 'automatic update is off' pop up?

Hi Everyone, I'm using xp with automatic updates turned off, but every time I start the pooter I get the annoying pop up on the task tray telling me off for not having auto update switched on. Does anyone know how I can stop this? I assume it's a registry tweak.

Turn Automatic Updates 'on'?

You can't run Windows Update with this off, so why not have it on all the time?

I think the registry tweek is here, assuming you know how to 'tweek' (use regedit).

Control Panel > Security Center > "Change the way Security Center alerts me" > take the tick out of the Automatic Updates box.
