How do I view UK content abroad?

BBC is running live feeds of the Olympics but from Oz I cannot view them.

IIRC it is possible to spoof my IP address via a web proxy - any tips on reliable sites that don't spam you to death?

Have used Tunlr - as Kaister says, it's free!

Works really well - just watched the first 100 minutes of the Olympics opening ceromony on the Beeb.

May turn it off for online banking etc. You never know.....
