How do you include 'HERE' links

OK so I got the link, but how do I change the words to 'Click Here' etc?
Any suggestions please?

When you get to this little box and paste your link onto it and hit OK you will see
a line of code appear in your post. Part of the code will be highlighted. Delete the highlighted text and replace it with text of your choosing. That should do it. :)

Open excel. Copy a link, click in a cell and paste, remembering to hit 'enter' so the link is active. Right click the link in the cell and from the menu select 'edit hyperlink', in the box that opens highlight the text in 'Text to Display' and write whatever you want, click OK. Then just copy and paste the cell wherever you want the edited text to show.

Right, let's start from the beginning. I'm on windows, but I would imagine that it is the same for Mac OS since you're using the same interface off the forum to post threads.

1. Start in the new thread or reply window:

2. Type click here or here or whatever words you want to become the link wherever you want them to be in your text.

3. In another window or browser tab you need to navigate to the website you want to link to in order to copy its address. Highlight the address in the address bar, right click on it and select copy

4. Now highlight the words you want to be the link.

5. With the words still highlighted click on the link tool:

6. Right click over the http// in the letter box and click paste and the address you saved at step 3 will be pasted in and then click OK. (Make sure there is only one set of http// - the original one should have been highlighted and deleted when you pasted in the address from your clipboard.)

7. That's it - use the
step5.JPG
button to see if its worked.

Hope this isn't too basic but you did say that you were limited on the IT skills.

Whoopee!!! Thanks.
I think Mac OS with Firefox is a bit different from Windows with Explorer. But - hey - cracked it now.

Incidentally do have a link at the link - it's quite something.

Thanks again. Very helpful bunch you are.
