How do you join routes together?

I'm new to this. How do you combine all the routes to one?

Can you tell us which software (BaseCamp, TomTom, MyRoute, Google Map for example). you are using, please.

Do you mean, you want to join several smaller routes together to make one big route?

Or do you mean, you want to combine some separate routes into 1 gpx file?

And like Wapping said, what apps or software do you have?

Also helpful to know what you want to do with them once they are joined.
