how do you like the schuberth c2?

ive had mine now for around 9 months now I find it light,quiet,the sun visor is great,the fit is perfect,very user friendly & it does not steam up (once you work out where to set the vents)
So all in all im really impressed with it & find it a better fit & much quiter than my old shoei xr800 (which I still use)
My main niggle is that it scratches very easy ive got quite a few on mine now so im getting used to it (does not hurt as much as the first scratch)
So when I do replace it will be a schuberth but not for a long time yet.

The price was good too £260 (priced up wrong I did tell you at the time) now I have not seen one cheaper than £320 & where I got mine they are £360 now so Im really happy

I only have the "Concept" but its brilliant.
I wouldn't swop it for anything.
I compared it to the C2, and there really isnt that much differance.

I managed to pick mine up for £140 from motoplus. (duty free overseas!!).

I am now considering a dark visor!!!! 20 years on bikes and Ive never had one before!!!

Anyone got an old one I can try before I buy?

Got my C2 £250 on the last day of the NEC show.

I honestly believe my original Schuberth Concept save my life in the accident I had just over 2 years ago (don't time fly) and the C2 seems event better, although I do use a Tour-X if I'm likely to do any off-road as its a lot lighter.

Paul, I ordered an S1 from On Ya Byke in Manchester on 4th December and I am still waiting! Not really their fault as the importer moved his warehouse over the xmas period and wouldn't deal with orders until 2nd/3rd week of Jan.

I am told I will get it next week...

My point is that I searched for a Schuberth helmet and couldn't find anywhere in NW that stocks them. I won't buy before trying and at least OYB were happy to order one without obligation. I can recommend them and get most of my kit from them.
