Be careful Cookie, those boxes can turn fatal on some medium side wind.
Mine best on 1100 is 195km/h / 121mph (speedo) on autobahn with 41L TT tank and System Panniers (very aerodynamic they are).

2003 1150 GS,sports 6th gear,Slower than my mates 1150RT,by a fair margin!

1100GS '96, 52KMiles, no panniers, 119 on GPS, ~130 on speedo, tested on abandoned military air-strip.
My 1200 is doing 194 when its at the rev limiter
as fast as the speed limit allows me to go... (considering the conditions and traffic etc, etc
