How long????

Can anyone tell me roughly how long it takes from ordering a new bike to taking delivery of it from main dealers, be interesting to know the differences.

If it's got the usual factory accessories, there's normally a few available from stock, in the dealer network.

BMW have a warehouse full of bikes in Northampton. They even get PDI'd there before delivery to the dealer. That's where mine came from. That's possibly why a TE is pretty much fully loaded these days.

I ordered my 15 plate GSA on 10th of Feb 2015 and received it on the 21st of April. That was every extra available on it, so guess it takes a wee bit longer. Dundee didn't stock GSA's at the time, so no stock in store to pinch.

Less than 1 week but it was already in showroom. Just needing payment and registering.
