Done Shannon to City of Derry too many times to count ('tis grand when to travel from airport to airport requires either a stopover in London or a bike/car). But the road in/out and around Lettermullen are amongst the best GS roads I have ever ridden, Not for what they are in themselves, but for where they take you.
