so i am just flicking through ebay and looking at bikes the same as my gs and notice a gs just like mine item number 283356372800, it has some very nice 30 year anniversary stickers on the top of the tank cover ,so i thought i will get some from bmw ,wow £46.00 plus vat each so thats 110 quid for a couple of stickers :nenau are they nuts
 
They are not nuts. The people who buy the stuff are. Fashion victims. JJH
 
I expect your insurance premium covers BMWs profits nicely. Most will be bought to repair accident damage on a fully comp policy...
 
Try getting graphics for a Honda. The plastics are new mortgage money and the decals double the cost. Reproduction decals are classed as copyright theft so the OEM has you ever the proverbial.
 
I think BMW have a history of making graphics sufficiently expensive, to dissuade (in their eyes) people from making 'replicas'of the models they charge more for.

yip you may well be correct,as they said they would only supply them if i gave them my frame number so they could verify it was a 30 year model
