how thick is this spacer?

i've not got one, so i just swapped the washer round to the inside between the hugger & the paralever strut. seemed about right :nenau

any thicker & the nut would extend beyond the bolt thread.

The spacer must be fitted as the nut tightens up to the spacer and does not actually clamp the hugger bracket tight to the paralever strut.
The paralever strut moves radially as the suspention goes up and down and the hugger does not, hence the spacer in the hugger to allow it to do so.

that makes sense. i'd better take the hugger off then.

i wonder if it's bust :rolleyes:

Pretty sure you can get a new spacer from Sandbar composites... (user "Sandy" here I think)
The spacer supplied with my 2nd hand hugger had been crushed on the original install and he was very helpful.
