How to Turn Pre Loaded Maps Off

Ok i got the OS maps for Ireland the other day and loaded them onto the Zumo 400 on the preloaded SD card

Maps show up on the Zumo, perfect.

But when i try to Un-Tick the pre loaded city navigator maps it wont allow me.

i can tick and un tick the OS maps but the others wont turn off so i cant use the new maps just old maps

I have done Hard Re-set and no joy

Any help

Not sure I've encountered this before. Previously have used OpenStreetMap data in areas not covered by my installed mapping.

Is the OS data file called GMAPSUPP.IMG? It's possible that the Zumo needs at least one set of primary mapping. Try renaming the file GMAPPROM.IMG and trying again.

Alternatively copy the GMAPPROM.IMG file from the internal memory of your GPS to our PC for safe keeping, along with similarly named files (ie. GMAPPROM.UNL) , and then delete it from the Zumo. If on a Mac empty your Trash before unplugging the Zumo.
