HP notebook/laptop recovery assistant.

I wonder if anyone has got a HP notebook/laptop (HP 15 DB) and can do me standard OEM recovery disc/usb or do dropbox with recovery assistant on I would like to put my notebook back to original spec,my partition got damaged and lost my usb.
And in my efforts to sort it out end up with blank recovery partition.Losing the assistant.

I could go down the reinstall windows only route, but thought I would ask first.

Probably long shot but worth asking.

It may be downloadable from the HP website. If not, ask HP tech support.

Not on their web site (could not find it) and will think about ringing HP tech support , thought I give it a go here first.

Thanks must have put wrong id in last time.
It installs it to laptop no idea if I can get it onto usb as they suggest.
