HP2 Sport db?

booking some track time and wondered if anyone knows the db of the stock machine with stock exhaust etc? thanks

OK no suggestions and having just spent an hour trawling the internet i am none the wiser! Limit ofr the Donnington Park event is 98db and need to know if it wil pass that? anyone and suggestions as to how i might find out, short of going and standing the risk of being refused to gte on the darn track!

Have you looked on the bike's chassis plate? I dont have a HP2 but I seem to recall seeing the standard db rating on my X-Challenge on the chassis along with frame and engine numbers etc.

The Donington noise level test is not a static (rev the engine to 8grand in neutral with the meter shoved down your exhaust) test.

When i did a track day there (not on my HP2), they only did a ride-by test from 30ft away.

My HP2S seems to be getting louder as i put more miles on it. but it should pas the Donington test.

If the exhaust is standard, it will pass.

Stock HP2S db...

It's 93db, if I remember correctly.

If you take the sadle off it will say on a sticker!
