Had the opportunity to test ride the HP2 today and all I can say is

WOW

It is fast, nimble and above all just puts a huge grin on your face.... :D

I didn't care about no instruments, tacho, petrol gauge it really just asks to be ridden and ridden HARD. No surging, no buffeting, no weight and nothing I could complain about just endless power....................Lots of feedback, lots of fun.

If I had the space and the time, I wouldn't think twice about buying one, the one thing you would need is ANOTHER bike. There is no way you could keep it on it's own, you cannot tour, cannot just go for a 500 miles ride, it is just not possible the bike is too focused for than type of role.

Very cool, very powerful, very fun..........I am still smiling. Thanks to Max BMW:clap

Compared to the 12, it is much taller, I really had to kick my leg over it. Suspension soaks up the bumps in the road.

Engine begs to be used hard, this bike had 13 miles on the clock so I took it easy, but she still loved being reved.

It is stupid to say but more planted at the front end, one thing I never liked about the 12 was that it is front end light.

Power is the next thing, it is endless to 100 where you think you are going to burst because your hanging out there in the wind.

Sound is amazing just with a regular can, can't imagine what a remus on it would sound like.

Is very flickable, push left, bike drops in and moves quickly.

It is so light and fast that you just get instant reaction to brakes, trottle etc.

Brakes are very different, just like the Duke 950 type feel. big dive when you slam on the anchors, back wheel locks with just a tap of pedal. If you can get a ride on one and are considering a 12 for mostly off road, buy the HP2.

I still soooooo want one.....

Nice one :thumb

I wonder how generous my dealers going to be in the part ex dept

Every time a see a new photo of that damned machine I long to be a few inches taller, at 5'8" the chances of me getting one are V slim! Keep dreaming Shorta*se!! :(
