Just wandered into the garage and thought might as well pop the new TKC onto the rear rim. 1st thing I saw was no more four oridinary bolts holding the rear wheel  and even though I have done 5000 miles with it the first time I actually noticed :o

Took the seat off and open the tool......well I can't really call it a kit....

1 x tiny yellow screwdriver :nenau
1 x 17mm spanner
1 x Black plastic thingy majic :mmmm

WTF nothing else?!? Is this the "toolkit" or is there some bits missing in mine? Unfortenately I don't have torq bits to undo the rear so will enjoy greenlaning tomorrow on 5k mile karoo's  Been enjoying this bike so much never really stopped to look what there is to fix it if it ever broke :thumb

You don't get the wheel nut sized torx even in the 'full' extra tool kit you can buy for the GSA12.....silly isn't it :blast

Had the same prob changing TKC's onto three GS's in Marra...luckily we had a decent torx set on the Landy :)

Get a rail of them for 13quid from the Halfords Pro range Dirk :)
