Hubert Auriol's R80G/S at the FIM Racing Motorcycle Museum

It was a soggy day today so we paid a visit to the new FIM Racing Motorcycle Museum in Mies Switzerland, near to Geneva. It's worth a look if you're in the area. Although it's not a massive museum they have a good selection of original bikes from all eras and disciplines of motorcycle racing with one stand out being Hubert Auriol's Dakar R80G/S. Here are a few photo's. Might be of use if anyone ever wants to build a replica

Great detail pics. Interesting stuff - saddle tank/filter/airbox+supplementary underseat fuel tank? Sparse finning on the barrels. Some serious bracing on that swingarm
