.... NOT

Never had any bother with the Guys in Belfast in fact I never had any bother with the folks in Mallusk, Alan and I may have had wee tiffs but we got it done just a pity I was ready for the looney bin as I finished

Their HR and Modus Operandi i.e. Man management leave a lot to be desired

Plus certain people there don't see people and motorcycle enthusiasts coming thru the door they just see a wallet on legs!

T'aint what its all about Customer service and staff abilities and morale should be way up the list! Sales and Profits will naturally progress from there

Anyway What was that show with the bloke the "I am NOT a Number!" one

Oh aye "the Prisoner"

the address to apply is literally round the corner should i go give them your thoughts :D

Eight years ago

My brother in law asked me to leave his car into the local dealers for a service.
(the car was a then 11 year old Bentley)
Well I walked into the Charles Hurst showroom in Belfast and I knew it was going to be a disaster.
There in the showroom was a new Jaguar.
Mincing round it was a "gentleman" with one hand on his hip, and a feather duster in the other.
Collected the car next day.
They serviced the car.
£1850 if you please.
I don't give a damn what kind of car it is. £1850 for changing 8 sparkplugs, oil and filters.
No, Every time I think of Charles Hursts since then I spit feathers.

Myke

Not the last bike I bought but the two before that came from Hursts, one Mallusk, one Belfast.
Mallusk were ok to say the least, Mark the salesman was nice but he is no longer there, the rest would hardly give me the time of day, maybe in their world women shouldn't be buying bikes.
Belfast were fantastic, Ken especially is a pleasure to deal with, takes time to talk to you and get to know you without trying to blag a sale, if he had I'd have left and gone somewhere else. Tracy there is nice too, always takes time to chat and see how you're doing.

Saying all that I've never left a bike into be serviced by them as I have a serious mistrust of dealers in relation to the hours they put in for the job, parts used etc.
