I had the 650 for about 4 years, great, light bikes with loads of power but, that does come at a cost. They only hold about 900ml of oil, needs changing every 4 hours, mine needed rebuilding every 1500 miles otherwise it would grenade something, to get the piston out you have to split the cases as it has a sleeve rather than a barrel, left hand kick start is difficult for some, needs practice.
I loved my 650 despite all this but, you need to be very handy with the spanners.
They have a following though, probably worth £1500?

so i believe and was told by my friend when he was alive , think he was sorting that side out for the previous owner.
any idea on value pence or pounds ?

Have you got big balls ?🤔

I tried to punt this to friend who has a few of these but he doesnt need another, he valued it £800 non running or £1500 running but you're at the mercy of ebay or marketplace.
However these are now vintage/classic eligible in enduro so there might be a bit more interest. N.E. Vinduro on facebook might be the place to find a buyer.
