Hyperpro lowering spring front and rear R1200GS 2006

Hi I'm considering lowering both frt and rr suspension using the Hyperpro springs.
I'm not sure which to use, the 30mm or 40mm. I have a low seat but still on tip toes.
I'm 5'6", 29 inside leg, rarely carry a pillion, or load the bike to the max with luggage.
Appreciate the benefit of your collective experience

Steve, get yourself some 10mm sections of (ply)wood and stack them up either side of the bike to imitate the bike being lowered ... you should then get a feel of how it would be stationary with either spring setup.
Either way, the Hyperpro springs will transform the ride and handling from where you are now if you have the standard Showa setup.
