Thats it i just cannot take anymore daytime TV. So instead i intend to go for a boogie. First to find out the location of Toyota in Deeside (test day all day Saturday for a new job), Ponderosa then out to Dolgellau and the track over (around) Cadre Idris and just wander about really. If anyone fancies a mini jaunt meet at the Ponderosa between 11.45 and 12.15. Look forward to seeing anyone then.

Yer coulda got off yer lazy arse and started cleaning that GS ... or sorting any of the other bikes...or cut the grass...cleaned the kitchen...dusted and hoovered...started decorating, etc, etc, etc :dabone

There I am, dining with guests at the Ponderosa ( Honda off road day ) when my name is shouted out...and Mr Mawson is there !!! :)

I bid him farewell as he trundled off towards Dolgellau...looked a tad cold that way !!! I fought my way back over Worlds End ( some of the fjords were half an inch deep !! Phew)

It makes you glad you made the effort and got off your arse. What a lovely day. First up to the Ponderosa for steak pie and mash. Dropping west out of Bala saw a fook off mountain covered in snow and thought "Bollox to that". Changed direction and went over the Trawsfynnd (or whatever) gated road. It was gorgeous!! Through Beddgellert then and on through the Llanberis Pass. Onto the A55 and called at Woods' for a coffee and a chat. A great day out on my bike- no fookin' hoovering, bike building or any other such nonsense.

My best mate lives near the top of the 'gated road' you mentioned Henry. You may have seen a couple of old wrecked vans at the end of the track. He's a biker too, so next time your passing call on him and demand a cuppa :D

Flash that charming smile of yours Henry and I doubt the sheep would worry.

Brilliant sunshine again today :thumb

Am i getting some sort of reputation? When i worked in the Falklands (oh fook, here we go again) one of the dutch girls i know sent me some VERY amusing postcards depicting my popularity with the local sheepses population. I'll dig them out and put them up.

Henry, I was in the Falklands on several occasions too

Did you ever meet a professional woman Known as 'The Yellow Submarine'?
