I have something rattling inside my head!!!!!

As the title says, I have something rattling in my head or more precisely in my right middle ear,which resonates while riding my new x country.
I had this on my Dakar in 2005 and after 650 miles traded the bike in for the 850 GS.


If I take some of my body weight from the seat onto my legs, I have no vibration.

The vibration seams to travel up the spine and terminate in the middle ear, it's like standing next to a road breaker at certain higher revs.

I thought I might have a chat with Tony Archer, to see if he can find a way of isolating the vibration with a careful selection of foam.

Any other suggestions I should try, any pictures?.

I am confidant that the bike is not at fault, and that it is my problem.
Having said this, with only 750 miles on the clock, it can only get smoother.

Take it to your local dealer, with 750 miles, you will be due some warranty repairs (if they haven't been done) - a new battery for sure

Also get them to do the last software update ( find my previous post in this section )
It will really smooth out the vibes

I spoke to CW motorcycles before I bought the bike and there computer says that the warranty work has been done, but I will get it serviced and the latest software upgrade installed.
