...but had a new Tourance EXP (front) fitted 72 miles ago, and it keeps going flat with no visible signs of a puncture.

Could the knobs who fitted it have either damaged the TPS or not seated/sealed the beads properly?

I'm taking it back on Saturday, but wondered if anyone has experienced this?

Yes and yes...
Not experienced that as I do my own, but before you go and confront them, do the old soapy bubble trick.
Find out where it's leaking out.

I did think about that but doubt if I'll have time now before the weekend

I've used the place several times before, so I think they'll look at it without too much of an issue, but I'm a little worried, as I'm off on 3,000mile trip on Saturday week and need to be confident!

Soapy water on the valve stem...bet it's loose...

Yes, I just kept on top of the pressure. Went on tour with it through the UK but eventually replaced the set when they ran out of tread. EXP never again but that is a personal opinion.
