Yeah, I know........it's clickbait.

Anyway, I was looking for a cover for my pillion seat to stop it getting scraped by my boots as I threw my leg over and tried to avoid my varios, when I came across this on eBay:

Not only does it do a jolly decent job of protecting the seat but it works really well in stopping your pillion sliding into you under heavy braking etc. I don't mind Mrs Woodster sliding into me but some of the other people?....................no.

There are numerous options in this regard and most are considerably more expensive than this one. I have no doubt that some peeps won't like the idea of putting a £13.99 PVC cover on the P&J but I liked this solution so thought I'd share it.

Laters. :beerjug:

I have one of these fitted to the pillion seat on my SV1000 and its a good piece of kit. Especially so on a sportier bike where it can be difficult for a pillion to maintain a steady position on the back of the bike. That it doubles up as a decent seat protector is a bonus! :thumb2
