Just spent 5 hours riding my 2010 twin cam 1200, and have fallen in love all over again.:JB

I can't think of a more complete bike. To all the haters out there, they can all feck off.:rob Maybe I am biased, but I challenge anyone that hates from afar to ride one, then tell me they don't like it.

Just thought I'd put a positive post on here as most people just mention the problems, not the good stuff.:rob 3800 miles and not a single problem.:thumb

I even had sports bike riders drooling over it:eek::thumb

My 2010 GSA = 6.5k miles of total joy, not one single issue :beerjug:

Always more room for a nice positive post :thumb

my 2p worth

Had my GSA four years now
got 41K on the clock
been to 18 countries
and all i can say to the above guys is it just gets better n better :beerjug:
great great bike

I cant agree more , bought my 09 GS Nov last year, done 9000 miles so far and how true when you say it just keeps better better, totally love it best bike I have ever owned :clap:clap:bow

Yup, me too.

Had my GS Adventure 2 weeks now, just did a 4 hour ride, two up, and loved every minute.

The bike just took it all in it's stride and made it all soooooo enjoyable.

Hats off to BMW.

got my GSA in 08... done a good few trips..

but what amazes me about my bike, is that we were up on a section of the Sarn helen last weekend, up past the cylinder heads in water, and riding over slippy rock and mud

2 hours later, ripping down the most fantastic stretch of road, flicking the bike from side to side..

most capable machine ever.. :clap

Nice 1 y2blade, btw I like you video

I have that feeling everytime I ride my GSA, love it more than any other bike I've had. And it gets more admiring glances and positive comments from passers by than any other bike I've had. :thumb2

Troyes in France to Burnley = 590 miles in one day including a non stop ride from Dover (316 miles) on my twin cam GSA last Wednesday. No problem :bow.

Bought 5 March 2010, now showing 12500m. I'll be tempted, but won't ride it again until I take it in for it's 12k service:tears:tears.....luckily I have other bikes :D:D:D!

Mike

Blade, great to see you've tried one and love it. never thought i'd have a BMW, but 18 months and 14k miles later, have to say it;s the best bike i've ever had
by a very long way,and i love it more every time i ride it, which for me is very weird as i usually get bored and want to change by now. But there is nothing else that suits me better. Fucking great motorcycle!:bow:bow

La Rochelle back to Crewe in one day, two up with camping gear - 660 miles. Did the last stint from Watford Gap services in a barely credible 1hr 17 mins. Fresh as a daisy.

You couldn't do that nowadays.....the year was 1988 I was 20 and riding my 6mth old jelly mould CBR600FH:P

A first for me...

Well I had my first ride on a 1200 today, after riding my 1150 for 4 years.

Only a two hour ride home from where I bought it, and I have to admit I am very pleased....Even phoned the brother in law, who rides a Rockster (after riding my GS) and told him not to test ride one, unless he wants to part with some cash...:comfort.

So I am now the owner of a 2010 ADV with 4500 on it...:JB

Now the expensive part begins...

I'm lucky to have a choice of two bikes to ride out of my garage.

One is the fastest and most powerful production bike in the world :bow:eek

The other is a 09 1200GSA:toungincheek

which keys do i usually go for:confused::confused:

Ive had a 2010 twin cam for about 9 months and even though theres 5 other bikes in the garage including 2 ducatis i haven't ridden annything else in that time!

I love it to bits and together with the 916 its a bike i'll never get bored with.
