Ok, they are mates of mine but...Beric will always do you a great deal and Tim, Beric's brother is the best bike valeter you will EVER come across.

He works quite astounding magic on my bikes and they always end up in absolute showroom condition.
He did the GS today and I was flabberghasted.
I'll try and post a piccie or 2.

If you fancy something they have then mention me and you may get an ever better deal.

:)

('course, you may get laughed at too...;) )

£50 Mike.

Here's some pics I took this morning

Very, very nice......what state was your bike in before?

Is there a "Mobile Valet" service available.....like, to Scotland? :)

Fairly grubby.
No corrosion but in need of a good going over.

:)

They're doing my Harley today and there is some corrosion on the wheels (why oh bloody why wont H-D lacquer their alloy? )

I've seen it at about the halfway stage and I am very impressed.

If it's sunny tomorrow I'll take some pics and bung them up.

:)

Nigel,

Could you ask them if they will do Amersham Bucks.
If so I may consider in the Spring.
Cheers

The whole town? :D

These guys aren't mobile I'm afraid Malcolm, they only work at the shop here in Sarfend.
I personally reckon they should go on the road but it's not their main business.

I'll ask anyway 'cos you never know. :)

Meanwhile, here's some pics of the Fatty after it's valet. :)

Nope, no bikes are ever jetwashed.

A really filthy one might be bucket washed but generally it's lots of elbow grease and plenty of proprietary cleaners inc some stuff called Amaze, which is...well, amazing stuff.

I use it myself and it has quite extraordinary cleaning power.
Think of it as a diluted WD40 and you'll have an idea but even then that doesn't do it justice.
The weird thing is that it isn't the slightest bit corrosive and there's no silicon in it either.

I can get some for anyone that wants it 'cos the only people that do it that I know of in the country are near to me.
£4 a can + postage.

These boys will happily use cotton buds between cylinder fins for instance and...most fasteners are removed and cleaned individually.
You'd be very surprised the overall appearance difference that makes.
