Running a firewall?

If so, have a look here (there's also another thread link within this thread)

Mine was okay and then suddenly dissapeared and it turned out to be the firewall causing the problem.

Don't expect intelligence, the hour and a couple of Snifters
but as you can see I've got me smilies back and the missing top of the page, I went into Add and Remove Programmes and removed anything that had'nt been used for the last 6 months. Nothing else works but the GS Site now
