I wanted to really get to know my R1150GS

I've really enjoyed my time with my R1150GS.

Many days and months exploring, trips abroad and then I had an idea.


What if I took the GS instead of my track bike for a little blast around Brands hatch...


She done a great job, lots of embarrassed sports bike riders, the Michelin Anakee tyres done a great job.

Good fun isn't it, overtaking plonkers on dedicated track bikes that they simply can't ride properly. I hope that you had beads of molten rubber around the shoulder of the back tyre. If not you could try harder.

Very good, I always wanted a grafitan 1150, I must remember not to buy yours if you ever put it up for sale on here

Absolutely brilliant - and great pic - need to update your status to GS Tracklegend.

Too much of a girls blouse myself (and with complete lack of talent) to take my GS on the track.


Anybody track day'd anything similarly unusual?
