i would like to now what people think of the s/s 2to2 full set up

hi all

I would like to now what peoples think about the full Keihan stainless steel two into two silencers. Is it any better then the normal 2to1 that is fitted? or is it just for looks?

I am thiking about saving up for a new full stainless steel complete exhaust systems.

ever the s/s 2to2 or the 2to1 as they both come to about 600-700

just for looks and will probably f*ck your jetting up. Sounds nice though which is all that matters really

i was thinking of fitting a 2 into 2 meself
why would it fook the jetting ? .
is it because the 2 silencers are less restrictive than a single one .
that system has a h section after the front pipes , so that should be ok for balancing shouldn't it .

on motorworks web site it side it would be a bold on a go and needed no work done to the carbs. but i will be saving up loads and load for the set up but til then i will just get the old silencer welded

I had the full Keihan 2 into 2 system on my GS. Kenny bought it off me when i sold it.

Doesn't affect jetting at all. Mine had a balance box not an H piece. If you ever want to go off road it's shite.

In the end i just prefered the simplicity and looks of the original system tucked up out of the way nice and narrow rather than two low stubby pipes low down sticking out on each side.

It's a simple bike and i prefer to keep it simple.
