Check out this video. I rode parts of Iceland earlier this year, including the Westfjords and bits of the Highlands. The guy in the second half of the video, Hjortur Jonsson, was our guide - absolutely top bloke but mad as a box of frogs...

Easy Jet is currently £150 rtn flying out on the 18th July (LGW) and back 1st Aug (KEF). I'm assuming all our kit goes in the container so hand luggage only for the flights??

Mark did mention it in his emails and he'll reiterate in another email

If all your kit including riding gear is going with the bike it needs to be securely attached to the bike, not on the seat or hanging from the handlebars etc etc. so that the bike can be easily wheeled out of the container.

ie. Unlike shipping to some other countries, the shipping company doesn't cater for loose kit/gear bags within the container.

Luton is a +3hr drive for me and then there will be parking on top of flight cost and @ 7:30am for the flight which I don't fancy doing TBH
Manchester is a 7am flight out 21st but a 8:50 flight back on 31st

I've booked to stay at a hotel at Luton airport on the 20th. (Premier inn). Not booked any other accommodation.

We will collect bikes midday on the 21st and our adventure will start camping.
Bikes will be dropped of on Friday 29th midday so will need hotel for the 29th & 30th best to share a twin room it will be cheaper

You can book hotel on the airport and get free parking while you are away

Two places available on second trip 21st to 31st July

Both trips are camping and mostly riding off road suitable for adventure bikes
