We have 1 place available on the first trip 1st to 11th July

Two places available on second trip 21st to 31st July

Both trips are camping and mostly riding off road suitable for adventure bikes

One place still available on the first trip 1st to 11th July
Now only one place left on the second trip 21st to 31st July
Please PM ne for more details

There's only one place left on each trip if anyone fancies it.

If you can't make it in 2016 then keep an eye open for what we may have planned the year after.....:augie

Don't be put off by thinking it's a ruffty tuffy hard core off road trip, yes it's an adventure but the riding's generally easy going and well suited to big adventure bikes.

There you go, I used the word adventure twice in one sentence, once because that's what it may say on your bike and twice because that's what we all crave :)

Yep, if you really do need a guaranteed hotel, bar and restaurant at the end of every single day then this isn't for you.........

......but if you want to pull up on your bike after a brilliant day, get your shit together in a great spot and chill with the lads or alone then it may be for you ...... even then you can often slip off into a nearby cafe ........ if there is one :D

FFS :blast

The second trip is now full :beerjug: leaving just one place for the first dates from the start of July.

I would say though, this first trip is more suitable for mid size bikes unless you're reasonably confident on a big un :thumb

Off Piste (Tim) has taken the last available place on the second trip.

Just 1 place left on our first trip 1st to 11th July 2016, PM me for more details

Accommodation

Hi all
I have emailed some hotels and rental apartments in down town Reykjavik for availability and cost for the 29th & 30th July.
Please confirm.
1. Are you willing to share a twin room.
2. Do you require a single room.
3. Would you rather book your own accommodation.
Cheers:beerjug:
Mark

I've used Guesthouse Sunna in the past for groups - they have shared apartments and it's in a great location, across the street from Hallgrimskirkja (the famous church in Reykjavik). I also use Hotel Klettur which is a big tourist hotel about 15 mins walk from the centre of Reykjavik.

1. Okay with own room but willing to share ( non-smoker, non-snoring, non-sleep walking, non-clown onesie wearing preferred).

2. A double for one/single

3. Happy either way but it would be good to confirm the district so that both options of bunkhouse through to self booked hotel in same area.

I'll need to fly home on the 30th and I'll be returning to Gatwick as there's no flight back to Luton on that date (Gatwick's also much closer to home). I may end up staying in Keflavik on the night of the 29th so I'm close to the airport for my flight back, which leaves at 07.35 I think. I've stayed in Hotel Keflavik numerous times and they offer a shuttle service to the airport. It's easier than getting the airport bus from Reykjavik really early on the 30th.
